Data we collect

When you use our website, we may collect:

  • First name, last name, email address, phone number (if you contact us via a form or by email).
  • Technical browsing information (IP address, browser type, operating system, internet service provider, technical logs).
  • Where applicable, information from public sources (press articles, professional social networks) in connection with our activities.

We never collect sensitive information or financial data (bank card numbers, bank account details, etc.).

Use of data

Your data is used solely to:

  • Respond to your contact requests.
  • Provide the services or information requested.
  • Inform you of updates regarding our services, if you have consented to this.
  • Improve the operation and security of our website.

Data is never sold, rented or exchanged with third parties.

Retention and security

Data is retained for a period strictly necessary for the purposes described above. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, although no system is entirely secure.

Data sharing

Only authorised personnel within EVia Solutions S.à.r.l. or our technical service providers (hosting, maintenance) have access to your data, in compliance with applicable regulations. The website and the mailbox are hosted within the European Union (IONOS, Germany). The conversational assistant is an exception, described in the section below.

AI assistant (chatbot)

The site offers an automated conversational assistant. You are talking to an artificial intelligence, not to a person. Its only purpose is to point you to the most relevant page or contact.

  • Data processed: the content of the messages you type and the page you are writing from. No account or sign-up is required.
  • Recipient: your messages are sent to Google (Gemini API) to generate the reply. Google acts as a data processor: under the terms it applies to the European Economic Area, it does not use the content of these exchanges to improve its products. Data may transit through infrastructure located outside the European Union, under the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR and Google’s data processing addendum.
  • Retention: conversations are not stored in the website database.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering visitors quickly.

Please do not enter sensitive data or bank details into the assistant. For a specific request, use the contact form.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data.
  • Restriction of or objection to processing.
